Terms and Conditions

  • Deadlines for Registration
    • All registrations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. When the maximum capacity is reached, subsequent applicants will be placed on a waiting list and moved to the next conference (in the case of Online conference).
  • Cancellation Policy
    • If the organiser cancels the retreat or event, you will be given a full refund (100 per cent )
    • You will not be refunded if you cancel your participation in a retreat or event for any reason. We cannot, however, reimburse you for any incurred airfare or travel expenses. In the unlikely event that the retreat or event is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, or political upheaval, we cannot guarantee a refund – it will be contingent on receiving a refund from the venue/tour operator with whom we work. We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against these risks.
